Please be advised, our North America (NA) Data Center partner will be undertaking proactive emergency intrusive maintenance to the infrastructure hardware that underpins external access to Fourth Solution hosted in North America (NA) Region.

Maintenance Windows:
Tuesday 16th December 2025, 10:00 - 11:00 UTC

Maintenance Impact:
The following Fourth Products and services will be intermittently inaccessible for all North America (NA) users, including Fourth SSO for the duration of the intrusive window

Workforce Management
- Hotschedules (*Fourth SSO only)
- PrismHR SSO

Inventory Management
- Purchasing & Inventory (Adaco)
- Inventory (R9)
- Recipe Menu Engineering (StarChef)
- Purchase To Pay (Tradesimple)

Mobile & Analytics
- Fourth App (Incl. all branded apps)
- Access to all Fourth Accounts (aka SSO/Global Profile)
- Connected Apps:
* Ordering
* Counting
* Receiving
* Transfer
* My Schedules
* Survey
* External connected apps to partners (such as Flow would also be unavailable)
- Fourth Analytics
- Fourth Connect

General
- Fourth Integration APIs and services may experience service interruptions for the duration of the maintenance.
- All internal Fourth APIs behind Oauth will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
- Fourth SFTP’s and FTP’s will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
- Exports to Fourth Analytics are not expected to be impacted during this period, however, any identified will be rescheduled to after the maintenance window.
- The system for cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
- Direct access to core Fourth Applications will be limited, and interruptions are expected to internal services and API’s.
- Any jobs, imports/exports, and scheduled tasks scheduled during this period will be delayed until after the maintenance is complete.
