Scheduled
As part of our continued commitment to our technology stack's scalability and security, Fourth will remove TLS 1.0 and 1.1 access from the Fourth API Gateway that underpins the EMEA Platform.

This change follows of from Fourth TLS depreciation that was communicated back in January 2024 via this Fourth Customer Community article:
Fourth will be updating its platform to require all connections to use TLS 1.2 or higher from 1 April 2024

Maintenance Date:
Tuesday 8th October, 2024

Impact:
From the date specified above, Fourth API’s will only negotiate TLS 1.2 and above. As a result, any calls to Fourth API’s attempting to negotiate TLS 1.1 and below will be rejected. The scope of this change will include access to Core Solutions and Mobile App via Fourth SSO.
