As part of the continued commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be completing an upgrade which will have an impact some UK HR & Payroll services.
Maintenance window: Tuesday 22nd September 2026 23:00UTC – Duration: 5hours
Impact during the maintenance window stated above: The following UK HR & Payroll services will experience delays in processing data: - File Import (FMS) - Recruitment - T&A - The FhAPI (used for FnB exports and T&A) will be unavailable
General: - There will be no changes to the application tier. - OnBoarding or UK HR API will not be affected. - Files submitted to T&A and File Import (FMS) during the maintenance window will be processed / re-processed once it finishes. - Fourth Connect or posting of T&A files to www.fourthhospitality.com it won't be affected. - Not impact to other ftp files to be processed by UK HR & Payroll systems (except T&A and Recruitment mentioned above).
