As part of the continued commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be completing an upgrade to the database tier that underpins the Adaco Platform.
Maintenance window: Tuesday 16th June 2026 06:00 - 09:00 UTC
Impact during the maintenance window stated above: - Accessing Adaco via SSO will be unavailable. Users can still log into Adaco directly, if their site permissions allow direct logins. - Punchout orders submitted from a supplier’s website will be rejected. - Normal orders will be unaffected. - cXML invoice submitted by a supplier, or 3rd party will be rejected. - Transactions created in the mobile apps will experience delays during the maintenance window reaching Adaco.
General: - This is a technical refresh on the database tier. There will be no changes to the application tier. - We recommend that all orders required to be placed during this time are completed before the start of the maintenance window.
