Fourth EPOS Gateway Database Tier Maintenance (EMEA)

As part of the continued commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be completing an upgrade to the database tier that underpins the Fourth EPOS Gateway Platform.

Maintenance window:
Thursday 25th June 2026 07:00 - 10:00 UTC

Impact during the maintenance window stated above:
- All Fourth Core Solutions and Services will be available
- All Fourth Integration APIs will remain available
- The EPOS Gateway FTP will remain available to receive data
- The EPOS Gateway API will be unavailable. Please refrain from sending data through the API during the maintenance window

General:
- This is a technical refresh on the database tier. There will be no changes to the application tier.
- Sales data processing to Fourth Solutions, including Fourth Analytics will be queued during the maintenance window. Any Sales data queued, will be processed once the maintenance is complete
- Scheduled jobs, imports, exports, and scheduled tasks should continue to run as expected. If any processes fail during the maintenance window, they will automatically be re-triggered once maintenance is complete.
- Imports or exports scheduled for Fourth Analytics or Fourth Connect during the maintenance window will automatically run after the maintenance is finished
- Fourth Core solutions will experience a delay in receiving data flowing through the Fourth EPOS Gateway during the maintenance window
