As part of the continued commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be completing an upgrade to the database tier that underpins the TradeSimple Platform.
Maintenance window: Thursday 2nd July 2026 00:00 – 05:00 UTC
Impact during the maintenance window stated above: - TradeSimple website will be unavailable - Ordering App will be unavailable - TradeSimple APIs will be unavailable - AS2 will be unavailable. Posts will need to be resubmitted after the maintenance window - Message processing will be unavailable
General: - This is a technical refresh on the database tier. There will be no changes to the application tier. - FTP/SFTP - Files can be submitted without failure but will not be processed until the maintenance has been completed - Email/SMTP - Email will be accepted without failure but will not be processed until the maintenance has been completed - EDI - Edi message will be accepted without failure but will not be processed until the maintenance has been completed
