Impact during the maintenance window stated above: - TradeSimple website will be unavailable - Ordering App will be unavailable - TradeSimple APIs will be unavailable - AS2 will be unavailable. Posts will need to be resubmitted after the maintenance window - Message processing will be unavailable
General: - This is a technical refresh on the database tier. There will be no changes to the application tier. - FTP/SFTP - Files can be submitted without failure but will not be processed until the maintenance has been completed - Email/SMTP - Email will be accepted without failure but will not be processed until the maintenance has been completed - EDI - EDI message will be accepted without failure but will not be processed until the maintenance has been completed
