Maintenance window: Wednesday 24th June 2026 19:00 - 00:00 UTC
Impact during the maintenance window stated above: - The following FnB Manager services will be unavailable to all users during this maintenance window: - Website Front end via HTTPS/S - Placing orders - FnB API - Sales Submission API
General: - This is a technical refresh on the database tier. There will be no changes to the application tier. - Please ensure that all orders required to be placed during this time are completed before the start of the maintenance period. - The application frontend/website will display a maintenance page during the maintenance window and will be unavailable for all functions. As a result, Orders cannot be placed via the FnB Live frontend / website for the duration of the maintenance window. - Any impacted Fourth Analytics export jobs will be rescheduled to run after the maintenance is complete. - Access to FTP endpoints will be accessible, data can be delivered, however, will not be processed during the maintenance window.
