As part of the continued commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be completing an upgrade to the database tier that underpins the FnB Manager Platform.
Maintenance window: Wednesday 24th June 2026 19:00 – 00:00 UTC
Impact during the maintenance window stated above:
The following FnB Manager services will be unavailable to all users during this maintenance window: Website Front end via HTTPS/S Placing orders FnB API Sales Submission API
General:
This is a technical refresh on the database tier. There will be no changes to the application tier. Please ensure that all orders required to be placed during this time are completed before the start of the maintenance period. The application frontend/website will display a maintenance page during the maintenance window and will be unavailable for all functions. As a result, Orders cannot be placed via the FnB Live frontend/website for the duration of the maintenance window. Any impacted Fourth Analytics export jobs will be rescheduled to run after the maintenance is complete. Access to FTP endpoints will be accessible, data can be delivered, however, will not be processed during the maintenance window.
